Saturday 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Sick Visits Only

Jefferson Hills:
Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday – at Brentwood office

After-Hours Care and Emergency Service
Our telephones are answered 24 hours a day. After-hours sick calls are answered by Children's Hospital's Triage and Advice Center. This experienced group of pediatric nurses can assist you with medical advice, and will contact the doctors if necessary. If your child needs immediate medical attention, one of our doctors is always available.

Billing and Insurance
Our billing is centralized and handled through Children's Community Pediatrics' administrative office. If you have a specific question regarding your bill, please call 1-888-857-7646.

Referrals
If your insurance plan requires a referral for services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance and our staff will assist you in obtaining the referral. Please try to call five business days before you need your referral so we have time to process the paperwork.

Test Results
We will notify you regarding abnormal test results only. If you have any questions regarding specific results, please call us.

Prescriptions & Refills
Routine prescriptions are handled during regular business hours by utilizing a voice mail system. If a routine request is called in before 2 p.m. we will call it in the same day. Prescriptions requiring further physician consultation, or requests received after 2 p.m. will be called in the next business day.
