Appointments
By appointment only.
Monday through Saturday and several evenings
Sorry, we are unable to accept walk
in visits.
Telephone Consultations
Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. This
time is set aside each day to answer any non-urgent questions you
may have and for you to call if your child has been up during the
night and you feel that he or she may need an appointment. We ask
that our patients and their families try to make use of this scheduled
time so we do not have frequent interruptions when we are with patients.
However, please call any time with urgent problems.
After-Hours Care and
Emergency Service
Although we are not routinely in the office
after regular office hours or on Sundays, one of our physicians
is available at all times. We cannot make appointments if you call
after office hours, during the night or on weekends. However, if
you have an emergency and need to talk with us after hours, please
call the main number at the office you normally take your child
to. You will be given the number of our call nurse who will reach
the on-call physician. Please have your insurance information available
when you call so that we may correctly direct you to a participating
emergency facility if required. If you believe that the problem
is a life-threatening emergency, proceed to the emergency facility
(by car or ambulance) and call us later.
Billing and Insurance
Our billing is centralized and handled through
Children's Community Pediatrics' administrative office. If you have
a specific question regarding
your bill, please call 1-888-857-7646.
Referrals
If your insurance plan requires a referral for
services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance
and our staff will assist you in obtaining the referral. Please
try to call three business days before you need your referral so
we have time to process the paperwork.
