Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
After-Hours
Care and Emergency Service Our telephones are answered
24 hours a day. If your child needs immediate medical attention, one of our doctors
is always available. Billing
and Insurance Our billing is centralized and handled
through Children's Community Pediatrics' administrative office. If you have a
specific question regarding your bill, please call 1-888-857-7646. Referrals
If your insurance plan requires a referral for
services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance
and our staff will assist you in obtaining the referral. Please
try to call five business days before you need your referral so
we have time to process the paperwork.
How
to Meet Us If you would like to meet our doctors
and staff, please call the office to schedule a courtesy visit.
Test
Results We will notify you regarding abnormal test
results only. If you have any questions regarding specific results, please call
us. Prescriptions
& Refills
Routine prescriptions are handled during regular
business hours. If a routine request
is called in before 2:00 pm we will call it in the same day. Prescriptions
requiring further physician consultation, or requests received after
2:00 p.m. will be called in the next business day.
