By appointment only, with exception of sick hour service (see below). Monday through Saturdays and evenings as follows:

Kittanning
Monday through Thursday: 8 a.m.
to 9 p.m.
Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to Noon

Sarver
Monday, Thursday & Friday:
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Sick Hour Walk-in Service
September–May Only
Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m at our Kittanning office. This service is available to all Kittanning and Sarver patients meeting the guidelines. For more information, call 724-548-2283.

After-Hours Care and
Emergency Service
Our medical staff is available 24 hours a day for emergencies. Please call our answering service toll free at 1-888-281-4743 after hours. The operator at the answering service will take your number and someone will call you back (generally within one hour). If you have a true emergency that cannot wait one hour, the answering service will contact the physician on-call immediately. If the emergency is such that you cannot take the time to call, please go to the nearest emergency center and call us later.

Billing and Insurance
Our billing is centralized and handled through
Children's Community Pediatrics' administrative office. If you have a specific question regarding your bill, please call 1-888-857-7646.

Referrals
If your insurance plan requires a referral for services outside of our primary care office, please call in advance and our staff will assist you.
